Warbler is a gamified online musicianship education platform that helps to associate the learning of key music concepts with fun. Our platform allows music teachers to create lessons for their students and effectively track their progress while providing a fun space for children to not only learn music, but to love learning music.I primarily work on backend development and database structuring for our platform. Additionally, I focus on writing the logic connecting our stored information to the published website. We are looking to launch our official beta in the next couple of weeks!

I worked on a development team as a software engineer. The team maintained and updated Blackbaud's education platform. The platform is used by hundreds of K-12 and small colleges around the country. Specifically, I worked to migrate pages that were initially built with Podium to SPAs using Angular and connecting those pages all the way to the database layer. This internship gave me valuable experience with a robust and well developed AGILE framework as well as experience with Angular, C#, ASP.NET, SQL. The practical experience in full-stack web development at Blackbaud made me a significantly better programmer and has helped me to be more concise and efficient in the code I write.

I am a TA for a course in Digital Electronics, ENGS 031. The course covers Digital system design starting with basic bit manipulation and logic gates and building up to complex multi-component systems. In the course, I help students break down systems into components and components into state machines and datapaths. I then aid students in debugging their code in VHDL and helping to transfer their ideas into actual implementations on an FPGA.

I am working to develop a data pipeline stemming from published data from HealthData.gov which analyzes the change in hospital capacity in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. By the end of this winter term, I look to publish a paper on my findings correlating distinct characteristics and attributes of a hospital to its expansion throughout this pandemic.
