Take groups up to 16 customers around Downtown Detroit. Keeping guests entertained and involved during the entire experience. Must handle all types of groups and people. Be an authority figure while still making it a fun and enjoyable ride. I also spend some weekends as the on-site manager making sure each tour runs smoothly. Additionally, I help new drivers learn the position through direct training. I also manage employees throughout the day when they are boarding or unloading customers to help add on to their understanding of the position. Another aspect of my position is customer communications. I answer texts/emails/calls that range from questions about the company and tours or to scheduling/cancelling tours.

Took tables/parties up to 40 people at a time. Greeted each guest with a genuine welcome. Took orders, ran drinks/food, answered questions, and provided overall quality service to each customer and table.
