From Retail Assistant working in multiple roles I found myself progressing from the Junior levels up to the Senior levels of Management. I finished up as the Assistant Store Manager. During this time, I was managing Shifts, performing HR roles such as recruitment and rosters, Managing the inventory/stock levels to ensure the efficient function of the restaurant. Creating training plans and managing planned and extended maintenance tasks. These skills have assisted me in the successful careers I have had to date.
