Lead Katerra’s West Coast estimating and preconstruction services with a team of 20. Responsible for estimating and preconstruction services for turnkey General Contracting on ground up buildings, Katerra’s K3 Garden Style product, Katerra’s Cross Laminated Timber product, and Katerra’s Tracy factory (Providing Wall Panels, Trusses, Windows, Cabinets, and Countertops). Integral role in the development of both of Katerra’s building product lines, Cross Laminated Timber and the K3 Garden Style product. Leadership role in configuring and transitioning Katerra’s estimating process from Excel to Sage Estimating.

Senior Estimator – Seattle, WA - 2017 – 2019 Expanded UEB’s Pacific Northwest Regional newly established office by increasing the active project count from 1 multifamily project to 6 additional projects through GMP contracts worth $150M construction value. Securing a variety of project types including a student housing project, a multifamily project, 2 self-storage projects, and 2 Tenant Improvement projects. Superintendent – Scottsdale, AZ - 2015 – 2017 Led a 170-unit 15 story condominium building in downtown Phoenix. Oversaw site logistics, site safety, building envelope, roof amenity, and punch list crews. Assisted on the close-out of two student housing projects. Assistant Superintendent – Scottsdale, AZ - 2013 – 2015 Managed 7 different Tenant Improvement projects ranging from 500sf kitchen remodels worth $100,000 extending to 36,000sf medical remodels worth $5M. Assisted in the interior buildout and close-out of a ground up restaurant project in Plano Texas. Field Assistant - Tucson, AZ - 2012 – 2013 Worked on UEB’s first student housing building with 163 units and 528 beds. Managed site safety and logistics. Responsible for and successfully completed the final CofO punch list from the City of Tucson.
