Decatur, Alabama Area

• Led a team of 42 employees in order to build and deliver all three of NASA’s ICPS (Interim Cryogenic Propulsion Stage for the SLS program.• Delivered all stages up to 22% ahead of schedule, increasing the overall profitability for ULA.• Implemented strategic plan to recover ICPS out of 216 day contractual deficit due to Covid19 related manufacturing delays, and still delivered the stage 31 days ahead of schedule.

• Responsible for Total Quality Management (TQM) with a team 41 direct reports.

• Supervised 189 maintenance personnel and supporting engineering team of a 550 aircraft facility through DCMA• Maintained all compliance and positive production for UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters and AH-64 Apache helicopters using lean manufacturing for U.S. Army Aviation.

• Responsible for manufacturing processes, procedures, and build of UH-72 Lakota Army helicopter, working with both Army Aviation regulations and FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) regulations.
