I enjoy using data and knowledge of the business to conduct insightful analysis, develop technological innovations, and build great products.When I am presented with an open-ended business problem to solve by the executive team, I utilize the analytics and technology team I manage to gain a deep understanding of the problem. We then carry out thorough analysis and fill any technology gaps that are found. If the solution is scalable to other parts of the business, we focus on packaging products around it that we can further monetize. We then present the results to stakeholders and provide recommendations to continue to make our business thrive.
