Responsibilities included building maintaining sales in a decreasing market, building relationships, also a backup for the Australian Sales Manager and managing a high performing sales team of up to 6 Account Managers / Area Sales Managers across Australia. Liaising with Wholesalers and authorizing an approving sale into $100,000’s of thousands of dollars, while maintaining clear line of communication with Inventory Manager in Melbourne and Key Account Managers. Providing coaching and constructive feedback to all Area Managers across the country at these times while continuing to manage and maintain sales in my own area. Key Achievements:• Successfully stepping up to the National Sales Manager role when required, managing all Sales Representatives across Australia.• Managing and working with wholesalers dealing with orders in excess of $100,000, notable achievement was increasing Ventti market share in Queensland above 20% for the 1st time ever, achieving 23%.• Successfully working collaboratively with all Key Account Managers to meet and exceed KPI’s. • Identifying process improvements in IT, as required from time to time by head office in Denmark to ensure all systems worked effectively.
