Working along side with the top Natural Doctor in North America, constantly pivoting to reach out customers needs. Cooking different diets including keto, carnivore, anti inflammatory, Mediterranean, low carb, celiac, vegan, etc.

Operating in the Okanagan. Clients hire me to serve them a fine dining meal in there homes. I would make a custom menu based around there needs, shop for it and cook for them in there own homes.
