At Alaska USA, now named Global Credit Union, in my role as the Principal Integration Solutions Architect, I played a pivotal role in enhancing our digital infrastructure. Innovation in Digital Banking: I spearheaded the introduction of an enterprise integration platform, crucial for fostering API-driven architecture. This initiative was instrumental in unlocking new capabilities in digital banking and mortgage origination, marking a significant stride in our technological evolution.DevOps and Agile Integration: Recognizing the need for more streamlined development processes, I introduced DevOps tools within the organization. This adoption not only facilitated efficient development but also seamlessly aligned with our agile planning strategies.Technical Expertise in Integration: My technical contributions included creating robust integrations and APIs utilizing Node.js, C#, and Python. This work was fundamental in enhancing system interoperability and providing versatile solutions to complex technical challenges.Enhancing Security Measures: In collaboration with the Information Security team, I played a key role in deploying multi-factor authentication and web application firewalls. These efforts were vital in strengthening our perimeter security and safeguarding our digital assets.

Our clients were Fortune 500 companies, and I handled high-level client-facing escalations with confidence and skill. Maintained high level of performance within team of over 100 employees as it pertains to telecommunications network ordering and implementation.

Oversaw multiple teams of project implementation managers working on installation projects for a major telecommunications company. Was lead on the company-wide innovation team, responsible for developing and implementing ways to increase productivity and improve performance through technology.
