1. Reporting to President and managing daily operation regarding to the legal service and marketing of the firm;2. Providing Employment and Labor Law services to many MNCs, which including but not limited to contract and policy drafting, trade secrets protection, integration and layoff, internal investigation on non-disciplinary actions, representation for arbitration and litigation, etc.;3. Providing training for in-house legal counsels and HRs, even the line managers;4. In charge of R&D and BD affairs, designing new product or service module (developing the framework of Human Resource Management Compliance) and writing comments and articles for relevant media;
