I am a hardworking and detail-oriented veteran who has been working in the telecommunications sector since separating from the Air Force in 2019. I have over 5 years of supervisory experience, and have successfully held positions that require careful safeguarding of materials and information.Presently, I am the manager of the Lead Team at NRTC; I have been in this position for some time now, and have been successful throughout my time with this company. Prior to joining the Lead Team, I was recognized as Tech of the Month on multiple occasions, and received our company's A+ performance award in Q1 of 2021. As mentioned above, I am very hardworking and detail-oriented. As part of my current position, I have 13 technicians who report directly to me; my team is, in many ways, the face of our company when working with the members that we serve. In addition to managerial duties, I spend most of my days researching issues and pulling data using our internal reporting programs. I work well both as part of a team and as an independent worker and leader.I studied at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2009 through 2013. Following my time at UAB, I joined the Air Force, where I earned many technical certifications within the Nuclear Weapons field. Since my final year in the Air Force in 2019, I have been pursuing my degree in Computer Science while working full time.
