• Ensure smooth running of the multisite WordPress install (230+ websites). Report to the MD.• Manage the Tech team's daily activities and assist with support queries (ticketed/ email/phone), for all client managers, clients and external/third party entities as required. • Handle all complex technical cases and meet client expectations. eg: bespoke client onboarding, custom eCommerce integrations, email migrations & solution planning.• Maintain proprietary core plugins that provide enhanced functionality and/or interface the underlying web server operating system or WordPress CLI.•Overall management and planning of all resources within the company Amazon Web Services account. Ensure agreed budgets are maintained.• Administer, upgrade and maintain all servers (command line), including those running: Zimbra (mail server), BitBucket Server (GIT), Nagios, PHPMyAdmin, WordPress, Nextcloud, KVRocks and ISPCONFIG etc. Complete maintenance tasks out of hours as required.• Ensure the company has a workable disaster recovery strategy and conduct security audits.

• Ensure smooth running of the Windows Server Active Directory Network (3 physical sites over VPN), maintain all VOIP and associated IT & security systems.• Maintain company websites. Oversee online bookings/product orders and respond to reviews. Answer inbound calls, booking appointments, outbound cold calling, refunds and complaints. • Maintain relationships with experience partners (Buyagift, Virgin Experiences, Groupon, Wowcher, TimeOut etc.).• Design and action marketing campaigns to bring in new business.
