The Client/Server Op Analyst-Int works diretly with support teams throughout the organization to provide first and second line support/triage of server and network devices in the environment. Duties include managing high priority incidents in the environment, monitoring, triage, and some remediation in VMware Infrastructure, Cisco UCS, and IBM Hyperflex. We implement SCCM client installation and assist with managing manual SCCM reboots during patch periods. We manage vendor engagements for server equipment and data center environment maintenance for primary and disaster recovery locations. In addition the Client/Server Op Analyst-Int interfaces directly with Norton leadership when necessary to provide input and updates for project work being undetaken by the NOC team. The Noc Analyst works with multiple support teams throughout the organization to provide first line support and triage of server and network devices in the environment. Duties include managing Problem issues in the organization, monitoring, triage, some remediation in the VMware Infrastructure, Cisco UCS, IBM Hyperflex. We also assist managing reboots from SCCM patching. Manage vendor engagements for server equipment and data center environment maintenance for primary and disaster recovery locations. The Noc Analyst also conducts server audit and data center fire inspections as well as any ad hoc projects or reports requested by upper management.

Administrator II works in multiple client server environments from smaller 20+ device environments to large enterprise environments of 1000+ devices running Windows 2003-2012. Duties include Monitoring, Triage, and Remediation of VMware Infrastructure, Cisco UCS, patching via SCCM with additional methods, with additional responsibilities as identified/needed.
