- Manage customer base in Sioux City, Des Moines, Kansas City, Eastern Iowa, and Western Nebraska.- Manage two off site employees.- Load planning, dispatching, customer service, negotiate rates, qualcomm trainer, and account management.- New business development.

- Effectively warehousing all the different Steam Ship Lines containers and chassis.- Inputting all data entry for the equipment in the yard.- Managing shag drivers and yard guys.- Check all Bookings with the Steam Ship lines and make sure that they are current.- Set equipment up and stage it for drivers to pick up and take to our customers.- Provide DOT type inspections on all equipment that enters our yard.- Arrange for maintenance on equipment.- Delegate daily duties for yard employees

- Supervise anywhere from 5 to 10 employees.- In charge of all incoming and outgoing freight from the warehouse.- Effectively handle 10 to 20 clients’ needs on a daily basis.- Currently have my Forklift Operators license, and operated Class B CDL Strait trucks daily. - I delivered a variety of freight and made sure that they were properly loaded and secure on a regular basis.- Daily duties include scheduling, routing, delivering freight, billing, and most inner office duties.
