As an Account Manager at Aerotek, I operate the Manufacturing, Robotics, and Automation Division, providing solutions to my clients' staffing problems in a challenging market. I leverage my recruiting and HR expertise to source, screen, and place great talent for various roles, including maintenance technicians, supervisors, and operation managers.I joined Aerotek as a Recruiter in January 2023, after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. I quickly learned the ropes of the staffing industry and was promoted to Account Manager in May 2023.
