o Supporting the procurement processes for users across the University in SAP SRM and the hospitals in ECC 6.0.o Configuring new partner profiles for EDI processing. Managing types ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC and WMMBXY.o Supporting inventory management across all the hospitals.o Configuring storage locations in relation to the hospitals.o Managing the MRP for multiple legacy systems into SAP.o Monitor consolidation batch jobs between legacy systems in the hospitals and SAP.o S/4 implementation  Upgrading our existing SAP SRM and ECC 6.0 system to S/4.  Lead design and finding meetings to document existing requirements and processes across multiple business areas.  Create functional design specs for our requirements based off S/4 standard.  Redesign existing business processes to fit the new S4 template.  Document the new security requirements that the S/4 Apps provide.  Consolidate purchase order forms for Adobe.  Configure S/4 to order via XML for vendors coming from our SRM system.  Redesign S/4 Apps to suit the user’s requirements.

Member of the GSRP Rollout program to consolidate 8 Teleflex Plants onto an SAP 6.0 system.Responsibilities included:-Extraction, Validation, Mapping, Uploading and Verifying all Financial data from Legacy systems onto SAP 6.0Designing LSMWs and Functional Design Specs for all upload programs.Extraction of all Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Assets, Credit Master Data and General Ledger data from 4 legacy systems including QAD, Syspro, Quicken and FAS.Validated Data and uploaded into SAP 6.0 using LSMW programs.Worked with the responsible business persons to verify and approve the correct amounts loaded.Post GoLive Responsibilities:-Data Uploads for BOMS, Routers, Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase Info Records, Quality Info Records, Source Lists and Production Versions.Assisted with the Change Control Process involved in the integration of SAP and our Agile PLM system.Trained users on the change processes for master data and submission of paperwork.
