As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified Professional Coach I am dedicated to witnessing inner-healing and a genuine life transformation in clients through their counseling and coaching experience. I have also worked in church ministry with men, women, and youth as well as a case manager in a faith-based organization with at-risk adolescents and young adults for some time and has seen that spiritual wisdom partnered with practical and professional counseling skills can transform the whole-person and improve their quality of well-being. I am well versed in a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, anger management, grief, trauma, addictions, self-esteem issues, premarital counseling, and marriage and family counseling to include blended-families, divorce recovery, infidelity, and parenting issues. I am also a certified professional coach with a focus in leadership coaching, emotional IQ coaching, and career/ministry coaching.
