Top 100 Senior Enlisted Leaders are selected annually across all branches of the U.S. Military to attend the Keystone Fellows Course. This course is designed to educate Command Senior Enlisted Leaders (CSELs) currently serving in or slated to serve in a general or flag officer level joint headquarters or Service headquarters that could be assigned as a joint task force. CSELs will have an opportunity to visit and receive briefings at the National Defense University, the DJS J7 Joint Coalition Warfighting Joint Operation Module (JOM) in Suffolk, VA, and several Combatant Commands and Joint Task Forces.

Employed my vast experience in tactical and operational level leadership to advise and counsel senior members of the company and staff in the development of processes and procedures required to effectively gain: Financial resources, U.S. Legal authorities, and Secretary of Defense permissions required to employ Special Operations Forces throughout the Northern area of responsibility in defense of the homeland.★ Reinvigorated focused relationships with key inter-agency partners to build trust and promote mission success.★ Engaged in all facets of career management and mentorship regardless of service or component.

Executive Director, Crisis Response Directorate★ Created strong cross-functional relationships by implementing new operation protocol solutions during a joint review of 21 emergency operation plans strengthening 24X7 readiness across 5 organization departments.★ Team leader functioning as Crisis Response Manager during six actual crisis events and during 10k planning hours of prevention and mitigation, crisis response and recovery in order to save lives, protect property and sustain mission readiness.

High-Risk Training and DevelopmentBrilliantly served as the Senior Advisor for U.S. Special Operations Combat Swim and Dive Operations and High-Risk Training within the US Government. Responsible for 21 direct reports, 1800+ new hires, 2 departments, $7.5M of operational safety equipment, and a $800K annual budget.★ Re-designed and supported 42 Global Emergency Operations Center (GEOC) related operational level plans aligned to ensure the safe execution of 2500 high-risk training sessions annually.★ Used active leadership and unwavering drive to successfully lead a team of trainers and technical support personnel to accomplish a methodical course review which identified 130+ major discrepancies in the diving curriculum and fixing all of them with-in 20 months.★ Successfully led the team on daily basis in support of selection and development of 1800 highly qualified new-hire team members throughout a 2-year residency program.★ Developed innovative employee training goals providing 23 team members coaching and feedback to earn career-enhancing qualifications resulting in all attaining positions of higher responsibility, 16 achieved the designation “Master Training Specialist”, two won “Instructor of the Year”, and 8 were promoted to management.★ Awarded title: Master Instructor Mentor in November 2010.
