Responsible for Updating aircraft and Library documents E.g.: FCOM’s, Jeppesen, & QRH

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Officer 1. Assisting the customers with their inquiries providing with Customer service, information to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. To provide all necessary information to passengers and make their journey easier and comfortable. 3. Welcome Passengers and Handling help desk counter or reservation counter. 4. Duties are not limited to the above mentioned. Responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent on Ramp 1. Insure that I am on the bay D-20 minutes with all the equipment’s required to receive the flight.2. Note down the Touch Down and Chocks and convey it to Dispatch. 3. Check the cleaning and take boarding clearance from the cabin crew and inform Boarding gate. 4. Make sure the loading is done as per Loading Instruction Report given by the Load and Trim staff. 5. During the Flight make sure everything is smooth, safe and flight is on time. Responsibilities as a Dispatch Coordinator.1.To make sure operating crew of base departures receive their Flight Release Certificate and Flight plan on time. 2. Updating the Resource Allocation sheet for all the parking stands for every arrival and departure of every Flight. 3. Coordination with Baggage Makeup Area the Ramp Staff and Boarding Gate with ETA’s of every flight and to make sure operations are smooth. 4. To update FIC/ADC and send the list of corresponding departures from the present base. 5. Duties are not limited to the above mentioned. Responsibilities as a Load and Trim Coordinator. 1. To Coordinate with CLC (Centralized Loading Center) which is in Delhi. Based on that every Station Receives a LIR (Loading Instruction Report) 2. To pass on baggage & cargo loading instructions to the Trim Staff as well as the ramp staff so that they can commence baggage and cargo loading for the departure flights.
