 Review and analyze supplier order receipt processing, scheduling, manufacturing, packaging/packing operational processes for service parts. Identifies constraints within the supplier process which negatively impact the on-time shipment of service parts requirements and works with the supplier and the related NNA departments to identify and implement corrective actions. Implement, coordinate and conduct training seminars for new and existing suppliers emphasizing service parts support requirements and supply functions including training for NNA-Smyrna (NNA-S) purchasing associates in the key areas of supply chain management and inventory control functions as related to service parts procurement. Determine, validate and administer penalty assessments to North American suppliers for lack of compliance with NNA service parts policies and procedures. Coordinate with NNA-S purchasing to identify consistently low performing service parts suppliers to elevate awareness of the problem when determining retention for future business prospects. As necessary, perform other related duties of which the above are representative.
