Assisting in all areas of day to day production operations and maintenance of Statoil’s Eagleford Shale division in South Texas. Also responsible for commissioning of all facilities and pipelines throughout the field. Responsible for contractors on site during commissioning of facilities and pipeline projects. Troubleshooting all upsets in newly constructed facilities. Working directly with facilities engineer as well as assisting in facility design reviews as well as HAZOP reviews, Construction, Completions, and well testers until commission and handover to operations is complete. Working with co-workers and the safety department to make a safer work environment on a daily basis also assisting in writing safe work procedures and also improve procedures that are already in place. Learning and integrating the SAP maintenance program throughout the Eagleford division.

Running day to day operations of Haynesville Shale production field in Shreveport, Louisiana. Troubleshooting upsets in HP production equipment, Start-up of new wells, Purging of newly constructed pipelines and flow-lines, flow-backs, tree ups, batch treats, Choke changes, etc. Daily production reports and monthly safety system checks as well as chemical injection reports. Monitoring Ultrafab scavenger units daily with the objective of sweetening sour gas and at the same time keeping good efficiency rates on scavenger usage.

Assisting with day to day operations and start-up of Stanley LNG Plant for Pecan Pipeline/EOG resources in Stanley, North Dakota. Working in plant control room with Allen Bradley scada systems, troubleshooting problems in gas gathering system in deethanizer, demethanizer, mol-sieve beds, refrigerant compressor, reflux accumulator etc. Also monitoring H2O and H2S content daily. Also maintaining the Dehydration and Compression stations located throughout the field. Also assisting in designated pigging operations throughout field.

Assisting with the operations of Oil and Gas Facility in the GOM, Assisting with regulatory compliance and testing of all components of production facility. HP and LP systems, Gas lift, SCADA, Repair and maintenance of all safety equipment, MMS monthly paperwork as well as MMS inspection of facility, Shipping/Receiving of supplies and equipment, Troubleshooting, and Startup procedure of new facility.

Assisted with day to day drilling and completions operations on a deepwater drilling facility in the Gulf of Mexico. Assisted in the pump room with mixing of all drilling fluids. Assisted subsea engineers with BOP maintenance and also a safety team leader. Assisted and led safety meetings and fire drills.
