His leadership was instrumental in driving a top-20 centralized exchange (AscendEX) to a valuation of approximately $500 million, overseeing major Series B fundraising efforts.Prior to founding Forgd, Shane was integral in developing trading operations at FBG Capital, including market making and OTC trading, and was the first non-engineering hire at Gemini, a US-regulated exchange and custodian, where he managed business development, institutional sales, and operations.
