Shane Moretti provides the consultancy with its payroll and related services. Since joining the consultancy he has supported strategic industrial relations planning through the analysis of comparative wage and salary data, preparation of comparative labour rates and the calculation of notional gang rates. He maintains construction, shutdown, maintenance and operations remuneration databases for the consultancy. He has conducted payroll audits from an industrial relations perspective by the development of "plain word" interpretations of employment arrangements and reviewing how those interpretations are applied by payroll, site administration and human resources elements in client organisations.
