Project managed delivery of a new Peace building and Conflict Resolution Centre designed by world renowned architect Daniel Libeskind together with Conservation works on retailed former prison buildings. Project was phase 1 of public sector regeneration of former prison site at Maze Long Kesh, Lisburn. Key objective was to achieve scheme redesign and timely submission of planning application while managing all stakeholder engagement between public/private bodies given the political sensitivities around the project.

Responsible for property acquisitions & development across all Tesco formats in Northern Ireland to meet strategy requirements which involved site finding, site assembly, contract negotiation, obtaining planning permission and project managing the process to construction phase. Projects included stand alone Tesco developments and mixed use shopping centres. The role involved appointing and leading a team of external consultants to deliver all new and existing projects.

Solely responsible for day to day asset management of the entire airport property portfolio dealing with all landlord/tenant issues. Role extended to include negotiation of commercial agreements with retailers/concessionaires within the airport's main passenger terminal facilities. Contributed to master planning of the terminal layout and the general airport estate. Latterly acted as a lead in marketing of a new phased mixed use business park development.
