Personally selected by the outgoing Managing Director. I was appointed by the Board to steer Zinter, a leading UK manufacturer of 3D Printers, towards an eventual goal of stock market flotation. In addition to assuming immediate responsibility for the day to day running of the business I was also tasked with keeping other Directors and Investors abreast of the businesses success.

Recruited specifically for my Entrepreneurial Skills, The Director of 3 Form tasked me with establishing the business in the UK as a premier reseller of 3D Printing products and services. As a startup I personally dealt with the design of the company website, Logo, business plan, designed and oversaw the building of new training facilities and negotiated reseller agreements along side the directors.

Secured sole distribution contract with Australian boat manufacturer Maritimo to begin Importing luxury Motor Yachts into UK and Europe the boats retailer from £860,000 plus VATKey achievements• Secured bank finance and levied personal assets to secure finance.• Secured intense press and media coverage for the product.• Successfully exhibited at PSP Southampton boat show along side major industry players.• Unfortunately the collapse of Northern Rock in 2007 lead to an unmitigated collapse of sales and saw an exit from this Market.

Harnessed impressive technical expertise and keen interest in new and emerging web technologies to establish a bespoke provider of website and graphic design services to local businesses.Key achievements• Grew the business from scratch to achieve turnover of £2m.• Secured an international client base; managed and maintained relationships.• Employed and led a team of nine staff before selling the business in 2007.• Concurrently established a provider of CCTV and alarm systems, guarding and door supervision having identified a gap in the local market; obtained SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence, recruited staff throughout Dorset and Somerset and project managed the provision of security cover at numerous large-scale events, including pop concerts.
