As a Manager within the Strategy team of EY Consulting and previously a member of the Strategy & Operations team within Deloitte Consulting, I have worked on and successfully delivered a number of data driven customer focused projects for multi-national clients across Europe. Prior to Deloitte, I spent three years with Eaton Square Consulting where as the first employee to join the founding partners I was uniquely exposed to the growth of an organisation from its inception. Throughout my consulting career I have delivered large scale strategic revenue growth projects across a range of industries working in both large and small teams as well as individually delivering projects. I have notable experience working with the C-suite for some of Ireland’s leading organisations on substantial transformation programmes while developing a strong reputation for ensuring a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
