Sea-Freight Imports controller for TransGlobal Freight management. Handling the Sea-Freight Imports process from start to finish. This includes: • Providing a competitive rate to our customers on the freight they want shipping• Organising of freight to be collected and shipped to the desired location• Providing updates on the process throughout sailing time• Sending off clearance instructions to our customs team• Organising transport to the location once in the UK• Invoicing customers once the job is completeMy role also includes processing customs entries on CDS for some of our customers.

• Lead member of the EU Logistics Brexit Team at the Rushden DC.• Supporting the logistics considerations of URBN’s UK and EU outbound suppliers to manage the movement of goods from the warehouse (e.g. palletizing, routing retail shipments using WMS, generating a Tradestone commercial documentation or consolidated invoice, carrier bookings). • Working closely alongside the EU Export Compliance team to make sure the correct process is followed when shipping to European stores. • Following up on any carrier queries / issues / data for parcels shipping from the UK to EU in a post-Brexit world.

• My job role includes me working on the check in desk, dealing with customer feedback, handing out and receiving Ice Skates and helping on the ice as an Ice Marshall.• When I am not needed down on the Ice, I also help out in the shop dealing with stock intake and helping put it out into the shop floor. • Working as part of a team in order to complete daily tasks and deliver a high standard of customer service.
