Information Technology System Analyst
Current- Provides support for both patients and providers utilizing Allegheny Health Network’s telehealth products and applications.
- Conducts software, hardware, and network testing, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Trains end users on the various telehealth applications and hardware throughout the organization's hospitals.
- Works closely with various teams to implement telemedicine services by provider, department, and specialty.
- Maintains and investigates any issues with the MyChart patient portal application services including 24/7 Virtual Urgent Care video visits, E-Visits, and patient messaging.
