* Design and create detailed models, assemblies, and drawings of A/C brackets and other engine mounted accessories based on measurements and models of engines and chassis using Solidworks 2014. Designing and Engineering concepts of parts and the tooling to make the parts. Tracking of tooling inventory.* Design of all castings for brackets and pulleys; and tooling to make castings from sand molds.* Supervising all shop personnel in the engineering department. Scheduling jobs and handling rush orders that can't wait for tooling to be completed.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

* Engineer and build tooling, create samples for automotive A/C brackets to be manufactured in mass production; order materials; designate and delegate workload within department for maximum efficiency; design aftermarket a/c kits based on vehicle and motor specifications and dimensions; utilize Solidworks software to draw models and prints of parts; Quality Control of outsourced parts; present and demonstrate to manufacturing department the tooling and proper procedures to replicate the kits design; train new hires and oversee the continuing progress of trainees; continuous communication within engineering department to agree on designs and overall accuracy and quality of finished products; maintain equipment and train others on proper use of equipment.

* Create detailed models, assemblies, and drawings of refrigerated cases and other display designs based on measurements and pictures taken in stores using Solidworks 2006. Designing and Engineering concepts of parts. (specifically sheet metal design) Program for Vipros and Pega Amada punch presses using Procam 2006 (utilize .dxf files to insert in Procam and create program). Order tools and parts for Amadas (punches, slugghuggers, stripper plates, etc). Tracking of tooling inventory.
