I have vast experience in the security sector, both private security and at public events.I have experience with the Irish military working as a consultant.I am in my tenth year as a Loss Prevention Advisor with Tjx Europe. There has been an 80% rise in arrests in my store, scince I have switched to the LossPrevention Department. I have also substantialy reduced shrink in my store by over €50,000 in that short time. I have also been involved in implementing new security procedures through out our stores.I have experience working in VIP security , I have received great prise from celebrities I have worked with.My work in the Event Security sector has given me experience working with groups/teams and I am comfortable working in large crowds.I have an ECDL and I am computer literate,I love technology and and a gadget geek.I am also cash office trained, I was involved in a program in Tk Maxx where I was fast track to a junior manager role (team leader).I have completed many in house courses, retail academy , shrink school to name a few.I have completed multiple internal investigation and have a good working relationship with the local Gardai . This year I was awarded for my work as the districts most productive LPA for Fy19.I also received awards for my charity work Fy19 I have been identified as talent in my field and I have started an in house Loss Prevention Manager program.
