Shane relocated to the United Kingdom to oversee Armatec Environmental's business interests in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. He's currently:- Managing air pollution projects in Egypt with local partners.- Providing new solutions for wastewater management in the Middle East.- Offering innovative approaches to odour control in the UK.- Helping phosphate companies around the world to reduce their emissions.

Responsible for understanding client needs, managing client relationships, nurturing leads, preparing proposals, and representing the company at conferences and trade shows. Involved in conceptual and detailed design, project management, site inspections, and commissioning of equipment. Also involved in supervision of student engineers conducting R&D projects.

Progressed from mathematics and science tutor to Head of Mathematics and Physics. Taught CIE (Cambridge International Examination) A level Physics, IGCSE and A level Mathematics, IGCSE Science, and technology and physical education to years 9 through 13. Primary classroom home teacher, including teaching mathematics, science, Bible, composition, ICT, physical education to years 1 through 8. Responsible for course and lesson planning, instruction, assessment and examination of students, detailed record-keeping, communication with parents, collaboration with staff, and maintaining professional development.
