Current Forecasted monthly demand for approximately1,000 items using historical customer POS and shipment data Conducted weekly meetings with four different account managers to discuss forecast impacts due to new items, discontinued items, promotional activities, price changes, POG changes, and short shipments Developed relationships with ten Petsmart Analysts and met with them monthly to discuss current supply chain issues, new item forecasts, and impact on existing items due to POG or pricing changes Customized daily/weekly/monthly reports for sales team querying POS and shipment databases Mediated order fulfillment process between customer and manufacturing Participated in monthly conference calls with sales and operations to discuss all supply chain issues and upcoming major events Supported Sales Team in development of monthly/quarterly/annual sales estimates for each category of the business and completion of numerous ad-hoc requests Tracked promotional spending and recently created a tool to aid in more efficient spending and better measure the effectiveness of promotions Implemented a new item process to better monitor performance Created end cap visuals in Space Planning for account managers to present to buyers
