I am originally from Adelaide having lived now in the NT for last year 25 years but now making the move back home for family and personal development opportunities. Over the last 12 years I have had extensive experience working in the liquor industry including roles as Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager and State Sales Manager. Currently I manage the NT business for Coopers Brewery with my official finish date being 6th April at which time I will be planning the move within the following 2 weeks.During this time I have had responsibilities including but not limited to negotiating agreements with key customers, promotional programming with bottle shop banner groups, pricing strategies for both on and off premise, stock control of third-party wholesalers and managing staff with execution, KPIs and training.Prior to this I also worked as retail manager responsible for up to 50 staff members and as key account executive with Cadbury responsible for wholesale promotions and execution within core customer base.Over this time having worked with large national companies I have done many courses including but not limited to selling skills, situational negotiation and foundations of authentic leadership all of which have provided a strong foundation for my current success.Feel free to call anytime should you wish to discuss further.
