I am a software developer with a BSc in Computer Applications from DCU, graduating first class honours in 2017. I completed a 2-year internship with SAP as part of the Co-Operative learning program, working both in Product Support providing technical information on SAP products to customers and the Mobile Product & Innovation team which worked creating applications for the SAP-Apple partnership announced in 2016. After the internship, I worked full-time delivering SAP Commerce (formerly Hybris) e-commerce platforms for SAP Customers, including Bord Gáis, Massmart and Graybar Engineering as a CoE Support Engineer using Spring framework.In 2020 the CoE Support Engineer role got moved to a different job family, and I became a Senior Business Process Consultant. In this role, I delivered varied services for MaxAttention SAP customers, as well as continuing to deliver expertise for SAP Commerce projects as well.Soon after the role change, I became involved with what became the learning.sap.com website - a modern learning platform built in Next.js, backed by Node.js services running in SAP's CAP/BTP framework.
