I oversaw onboarding and continued education training materials (user guides, training manuals, FAQ guides, videos, SCORM modules, visuals) for 1,600+ employees.I maintained the project management system and initiated the SCRUM method within the curriculum development team. My team and I were responsible for updating the bank's training materials such as online user guides (Doc-to-Help and MadCap Flare), department manual/procedure writing, ILT PowerPoint and Prezi presentations, SCORM modules, infographic management, maintaining employee intranet department pages, and maintaining the L&D training department help inbox. In addition, my responsibility was to review & approve materials developed by jr curriculum developers and/or training team facilitators for implementation.In addition to producing instructional materials, I led monthly national training sessions and Q&A sessions on process and technology for over 1,600 employees, when needed.My role as the Curriculum Content & Visual Manager was to mentor the jr. technical writers and jr. curriculum designers, supply training metrics/analytics, & advise the business development team on potential technology enhancements. I implemented several large technology launches for business enhancement & provided data analytics on the efficacy of the training methodologies.I led an initiative to create 90-second how-to videos (micro-burst learning videos) for every section within an online manual database. I also collaborated with IT Department to create a ‘work from home’ guide – solutions to everyday problems when the workforce moved from in-office to remote working. In addition, I aided in the development of remote company culture training with online training modules.

I created & maintained instructional user guides, training manuals, and FAQ guides for over 1,200+ employees for over 35 loan production offices. While conducting the onboarding, I trained our operations and sales staff on how to sell, originate, process, underwrite, and close DPA loans.I created and maintained our internal tracking systems for project maintenance within the LMS system while coordinating with various SMEs and stakeholders for improvements and future project developments. I also worked with the training facilitators on "train the trainer" projects to ensure competency with a higher knowledge base on new training offerings.In addition, I lead new technology testing for the sales enablement team to onboard Blend (secure online application portal), Kensie Mae program plugins, and new Ellie Mae technology offerings.

I was a licensed orignator with NMLS ID working under the SVP, and regional loan prodution manager as a loan production assistant II (contract to close). My job was to take the client from contract to close while navigating potential process hardstops, and supporting operations personnel. Some duties include selling/listing agent follow-ups, conducting loan pre-approvals, providing excellent customer service and a knowledge base for new homebuyers, and processing of mortgage legal documentation.I worked with multiple departments within the bank to ensure a clean and speedy loan approval. We worked under the CORE method to ensure that our relationships with referrers, referrals, and vendors were always pleasant. In addition, my role was to maintain the CRM Jungo (Salesforce) within the team and to monitor all business rule automation.In addition, I aided in the training and development for jr mortgage bankers and newly hired mortgage banker assistants by providing standard industry knowledge, process insights, and Encompass 360 training.

As the first hire within the newly formed quality control department, I worked with the quality control manager to research and review federally mandate compliance laws to ensure that our quality control program was within federal guidelines.As an Encompass Admin, I created the quality control department forms/processes for various audits. These audits include sample auditing (pre-fund/post-close), discretionary, early-payment default, & repurchase requests. In addition, I was in charge of running the various audits, coordinating with vendors for occupancy checks, ordering new appraisals, and coordinating with various departments and management for the resolution of audit findings. My day-to-day duties include data entry, phone/internet verifications, processing of mortgage legal documents, government reporting, vendor correspondence, and customer service.I was in charge of the team project management for QC sample auditing (Post Close, Pre-Fund, Third Party, Agency, Servicing, Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae audit reporting and delivery)In addition, I ran the QC departmental action plans and coordinated with the L&D training department for continued education training. Internally, I conducted QC new hire "on the job" training as the senior quality control analyst, and maintained our internal procedures.

I started as a temporary employee contracted through Mac & Associates where I was placed at The Federal Savings Bank within the Post-Closing Department preparing final documents to be sent to investors. My job duties included document processing, filing, contacting title company vendors for missing documents, statuses on documentation, shipping of title policies, and recorded mortgages to the end investors. When errors were found, I would have to contact title company vendors for revision and coordinate the re-recording of those documents with their local municipality.

This was a long-term contract position where I developed a four-day course for condominium buying within the US for a condominium project approval company aimed at educating real estate professionals about the potential pitfalls of condominium project approval, potential red flags when it comes to securing a loan, and how to navigate the required condominium documentation for lending. I conducted research (both national and state-specific) and collaborated with subject matter experts to effectively create content for the website, designation course materials, and physical class handout materials. I also worked directly with the training facilitator on the script to ensure that the flow of the class was not rigid.

This was a part-time position I held within the student services building while attending the University of Illinois at Chicago where I created audio and document conversions for the mobility, visually or auditorily impaired student body at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In addition to converting materials into a format suitable for learning, I contacted various publishers and ordered others sources of documents.My day-to-day duties included data cataloging of finished documents, books, and audio texts, extensive syllabus sorting, exam proctoring, and assignment and project planning.In addition, I assisted with the Disability Resource Expo where I helped with the expo flyer and the itinerary design team.

This was a part-time year-round position I held with the Chicago Park District while attending the University of Illinois at Chicago for my undergrad. My main duties were lifeguarding/patron surveillance, management of lifeguard staff of 20, payroll, team scheduling, and programming/instructing of swim team, water polo team, aquatic fitness, and tiny-tot classes.I worked several locations consistently, which include Portage Park, Harrison Park, Kosciuszko Park, and Whitney Young.Promotions: I started as a seasonal lifeguard in 2007, and was quickly hired on as a Year-Round Lifeguard. A year later, I was promoted again to Water Polo Instructor. Then that following summer, I was promoted to Senior Lifeguard where I could create my own programs as the Head Water Polo Instructor of the North Region of the Chicago Park District.Accomplishments: I coached the Chicago Park District’s Girls’ 14 and underwater polo team, and 12 and under co-ed team. The girls’ 14 and under team that I coached became the Midwest National Team to go onto Ann Arbor, Michigan. I created Portage Park's first Junior Lifeguard Program, and competed with the beaches programs to received 6th place. I Increased paid swim team enrollment from 32 kids to 104 kids on the roster. That’s a 225% sales increase of $20 per kid. I successfully built up a non-existent water polo team at Portage Park Pool, and went on to the finals in our first year.

This was a part-time position I held year-round while attending Whitney M. Young Magnet High School. My job duties included customer service, cashier, sales, and onboarding (new employee training).Promotions: Six months upon hire date I was promoted to Team Member Trainer. Promotion duties included new hire training, re-training current employees, and shift leader responsibilities.
