Great place to work for, poor leadership and management skills. I felt used and abused everyday I went to work. Your role as an estimator at Farber Tokai is difficult ,exhausting and complicated.You are expected to do walk-in quotations, additional summeries, answer the switch board calls, assist with book-in clients, assist service advisors with their clients and attend to tow in vehicles.You have a load of admin to complete and clients to assist with on a daily.Manager and office team displays fake support and assistance.I was lied too in an interview and kept on probation for 3months, got notice in the last week of my probation month, I was told that I was not good enough to perform the estimator duty. But good enough to help make the workshop more than a million rand twice two months after eachother when the shop never reached a million rand target without me....A place i would not recommend any human being to work for.

Being Estimator at CK COACHWORKS is a challenge, huge responsibility and great experience to be in the position.I worked at two branches for CK COACHWORKS EXPRESS CBD and EXPRESS TOKAI.Office staff at Tokai is not so friendly as they appear, great floor staff to work with to work with always assists with stripping and arranging vehices on hoist when requested. Jealousy office staff that displays fake team work, no support. CBD office staff are great to work with, floor staff are not that good, requires managers support. Space environment and the tools and equipment to perform the duty 70% for both workshops. Management, growth and leadership skills 30%My contract was not renewed, manager gave an extension on my contract after my 3 month probation period.I was given a week notice in last month of extension probation period that I will no longer be employed.

Digital motor accident assessment company for insurance such as Discovery, Momentum, CIB, Guardrisk and many more insurance companies and organizations. Great company to work for, I enjoyed the training sessions mostly. working with the latest digital technology, tools and equipment to perform the accident assessor duty.Not of the best managers to work with, company requires management and leadership skills.
