Lead overall product and growth strategy of the small business credit card lines of business. Developed cohesive strategy to double the business within three years (should exceed this objective). Lead Secure Remote Commerce product management team. Industry based digital wallet solution. Oversee general management of solution including functionality enhancement, legal/compliance, strategy development, and new market deployment.

• Management of SaaS payments solution globally for Accertify, including the Accertify Payment Gateway (APG; targeted at enterprise customers) and the American Express Payment Gateway (AXPG; targeted at small/medium businesses).• Management of the product lifecycle and roadmap for APG and AXPG products. • Vendor/Partner management including contract negotiation, new product development, etc.• Collaboration with sales and sales engineering to understand what is transpiring in the field including, customer adoption, issues/challenges, go-to-market, research, etc.• Work closely with product development, implementation, and support to build future enhancements/features and new products while ensuring our service teams are equipped to deliver to our solutions to our customers.

Responsible for identification, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives related to new payment technologies. Currently working on ISIS project with major telco carriers to develop mobile payments program. Involved with key areas such as merchant marketing programs, implementation of new equipment, and engagement of various internal and external partners.Also engaged in development of new monetization opportunities related to merchant services and the American Express network.

Managed a portfolio of eight different payments software solutions for e-commerce businesses. The solution is available in over 40 countries and in 7 languages.I am responsible for new product functionality development, new market introductions, pricing strategy, and strategic partnership relationships. I also had two direct reports in the UK and AUS respectively.

I am involved in the development of new payment solutions for American Express, including signature capture, alternative payments, and pre-integration of American Express payments capabilities into POS software. I am also responsible for managing several business lines including telecom resale and fees for third party access to the Amex Network.
