After a very successful career as a Claims Adjuster, I am seeking an opportunity to bring my extensive experience with claim handling and customer service to my next employer. My career has been based on relationship-building, navigating complex situations, and negotiating win-win settlements with exceptional interpersonal skills. I’m excited to transfer these strengths to bring excellent customer care to the policy holders that will be serviced. During my career in claims I have worked with Universal Property & Casualty as a property adjuster where I handled the entire state of Alabama. Before that, I worked with Cincinnati Insurance as a Field Claims Adjuster, where I managed the largest territory and claim volume involving complex property and liability claims. Previously I worked with Alfa Insurance as a multi line adjuster in full-lifecycle claim management and resolution. I am very experienced handling storm situations as well; I worked every catastrophe in the state of Alabama during my 10 year tenure with Alfa.
