I've been beyond lucky to have amazingly talented teams, leaders and partners to work with in this journey.With these amazing people, we've created a collaborative platform that our headhunters, and entire leadership team coexist in to drive all communication and action. It is integrated with our data warehouse where we collect data from various sources to engineer the most accurate view of industry performance on all levels (originator, Branch, Company, Realtor, Builder, etc.). This platform is also integrated with the top marketing platform our industry has to offer. It includes video, SMS, social, direct mail, trigger actions and other contact mechanisms. Our next frontier is automation and drastically increasing our reach. I drive productivity growth through coaching and leadership platforms. This spans both recruiting and volume productivity. Other areas of expertise have been in driving our reporting and process platforms to drive performance and efficiencies.I've learned from the industries best, and am excited for all future lessons....and for the chance to share these learnings with others.
