I am currently the Recovery Collections Team Supervisor. I help develop and manage our most tenured collections agents who handle customers with accounts that have charged off. My goal is help agents meet personal metrics as well as maintain company goals. My main focus is to reach department collection goals of collecting on our most delinquent accounts. In addition we focus on performance with phone stats, quality customer service, while being compliant to company expectations and regulations. I also focus on developing for not only these statistics but also developing agents career growth.
