Prior to forming DHMS, I spent several years in senior management roles developing and managing assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory residential centers. During this time, I recognized the difficulty in obtaining access to quality Dental health care for many American's, including our senior and military populations. This knowledge inspired my wife and me to move to Austin, and start-up DHMS back in 2003. Our mission was to touch the lives of as many people as we could, by bringing quality, affordable Dental care to these demographics in a mobile and portable setting. Dental health is a right for all, not a privilege for the few.I ascribe to the servant leadership following in both my personal and professional life. I have served and volunteered with several organizations throughout my career, including serving as co-chair for the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk, as a deacon at the Austin Baptist Church, and as an advisory board member at Concordia University. My greatest passions are in growth and learning, for myself, and for others.
