Did you know Mark West? He was an amazing guy with a big heart and an even bigger vision for building a best-in-class new development marketing and sales company based in Kelowna. After Mark's tragic passing, our mutual friend and colleague, Scott Brown, President and CEO of Fifth Avenue Project Marketing in Vancouver, swept in to keep the team, clients and pieces in tact; well, he did a lot more than that. He fulfilled on a wish of Mark's to eventually negotiate an acquisition by Peerage Capital (the same firm that owns Fifth Avenue). Out of a dark cloud came a silver lining when that deal came to fruition in early 2021. Since then we've added some amazing talent to an already rock solid foundation of real estate project marketing and sales experts, all backstopped by the largest real estate partnership in Canada. Our goal is simple: become the partner of choice for developers seeking to design, build and deliver on the best multi-family and masterplanned communities in the Okanagan and Interior of British Columbia. Mike Bucci needed help and I needed a job! Mike made my job easy because he is a master at sourcing, negotiating and securing fantastic development sites. I helped mitigate the land purchase risk through solid market knowledge and a good sense for "where the puck was going" much to the chagrin of Flames fans. Together we envisioned fantastic mutli-family projects that helped enliven each neighbourhood we built in. Now my fun began as I worked with my team to brand, position, market and sell each project. Our projects were typically 75 - 200+ units and we cleaned up sales within 12 - 18 months while setting new industry PPSF benchmarks. Success is sweet...and it would have continued if I didn't have a burning desire to move back to Kelowna to raise my kids. Thanks again to Mike, Fred and Greg for the chance to work together.

Wow was this a ride! Sid and Pete tasked me with moving to Bangkok, Thailand and representing our company as we set up an Asia based real estate sales and marketing firm. We made significant inroads into the Asian marketplace, specifically within the luxury resort real estate sphere. We completed a in-depth re-positioning and feasibility study on behalf of Oberoi Hotels and Resorts for their Bali property. In addition we secured contracts with Four Seasons Resorts and Hotels and Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for their Asia based real estate residences. Ultimately we retrenched our efforts in 2008 as a direct result of the turn in the economy.PS. Did I fail to mention that I had to do a midnight move out of the country because I feared for my life? Call me and I'll tell you more...it's a good story!
