- Ensure Downer and the Client safety values are upheld at all times- Coordinate with the Field Maintenance Superintendent and Workshop Superintendent to ensure resources are allocated effectively- Take responsibility of the site maintenance plan and liaise with all stakeholders on progress of the plan- Mentor Supervisors and Tradespeople- Meet with OEM’s to discuss product issues and improvements.- Interact closely with Downer and the Client site management teams.- Adhere to a strict maintenance budget
