Day to day construction works had to be completed within a live environment to keep airport operations running. - Elm Park Development.The development included 330 apartments, 110 senior citizen housing units, 28,500m sq of offices in 3 blocks, 22,500m sq hospital and hotel, crèche, leisure centre, swimming pool and conference centre.- Lansdowne Road Stadium Demolition.Home to Ireland's international rugby and soccer teams, the stadium was redeveloped in 2007. The works included the demolition of the former stadium West stand over the DART and the creation of a new rail corridor and pedestrian underpass integrated within the overall development next to the stadium.
