When an opportunity presented itself to teach Public Speaking, Interpersonal and Intercultural Communication, he leveraged what he knew about voice and speech, language, engagement, and sales and shifted his focus to training and facilitation.For several years, he’s worked as a classroom trainer, refining his craft and building his knowledge of interpersonal communication, customer service, sales, leadership, presentation skills, and facilitation.Shane is excited about the opportunity to make positive impact in his community and beyond.
