He strategically collaborates with key personnel, contractors, and stakeholders for the improvement of drilling and completion operations to achieve business objectives.Shane was born in Lethbridge Alberta Canada and presently resides in Cochrane Alberta. He is passionate about his family. This passion ties to his career as it supports his family and allows him to create the memories and moments that really matter. He enjoys the work he does. He likes to learn and try new things and to be constantly learning and engaging in new ideas has led him to work all over Canada. Shane has carried this passion into designing and patenting a state-of-the-art access mat washing machine as well. Shane loves the versatility and constant change of scope. He appreciates having to constantly deal with new people and services, training them, and making sure they are up to speed with the operation. On an educational front, Shane achieved the Journeyman Rig Tech Level 3 and has continuously developed himself as well by completing various trade-related courses and training. A few of the key skills that Shane brings forward include excellent team leadership, honesty, adaptability, and listening skills. Shane strongly believes that success depends on the value of strong working relationships, built on integrity, professionalism, and respect for diversity.Shane continues to be focused on improving his position as a dependable supervisor, developing his cutting-edge skills in Wellsite Servicing.
