Focused on the e-sign SaaS product - DottedSign, I led a 30-member cross-functional product team to improve the product features to fit the market, and launched a private cloud version of DottedSign to cater to the B2B market and increase revenue significantly.Led the team to reach 500,000 registered users and increased the revenue by 15% YoY in 2021.

I was in charge of 3 products: Write-on Video, Kdan Cloud, and DottedSign. I organized the product management process and built the product teams according to the product strategy of each product. I coordinated with designers, developers, and marketers to improve product quality, and managed the product releases and GTM strategy.During that time, I led the Write-on Video app revamp, the Kdan Cloud app release and web application revamp, and the all-new product DottedSign SaaS launch.

Joined the e-commerce world with this SaaS company, aimed at helping e-commerce business owners become more successful. Led a new cloud-based customer service product, read user behaviors and analyzed customer experience from existing products, clarified new features and functions from clients’ requirements, and managed product development with product roadmaps.

Participated in the project of building a brand-new online bank (www.o-bank.com), supported the client to establish this all-digital bank from zero to real. As a system analyst, I liaised with clients to identify requirements, developed appropriate solutions, translated the solutions into technical specifications. I applied my experience of UX design and software development in managing the production and product quality, had responsibility for product development from conception to product launch. Worked in close collaboration with UX/UI designers, programmers, system vendors, and users. This has deeply strengthened my skills of analyzing requirements, planning features, optimizing user flow, and enhanced my competence of cross function coordination.

Foxconn Technology Group is one of the world’s largest electronics manufacturer and information technology company. I worked in Foxconn information ergonomics Center (FieC), which focused on user-centered design based on human factors. We developed software products and built prototypes of proposed concepts to meet users’ needs, and supported usability evaluation on several new products of the company.I have been trained as a multi-skilled leader by the diverse project-based environment. Owned 6 projects and participated in 10+ projects as a UX planner or developer, extensively accessed the products of apps, websites, and creative gadgets. Familiar with the process of developing a concept, realizing it with UX skills, and implementing it with cross-functional team.Earned abundant experiences from both software and hardware products in user-centered design process, formed the sense of reviewing products from user’s point of view, and built up the skills and great interests in product management.

Healthife is a startup founded in Southern Taiwan in 2011, caught the trend of smartphone and app development to connect healthcare applications to daily life.I organized the startup team of 6 people, administered the main product that extended from my Master’s thesis and the research of activity recognition. Analyzed the market, directed the shape of the product, and developed a beta version of our first product. Planned business strategies and led the team to earn revenue from app development cases at the early-stage.A startup trip laid the foundation of my career to play the role in product development, cultivated my organizational ability, and matured my flexibility in facing challenges.
