Develop and deliver emergency management and response training courses to both staff and students (i.e. active shooter response, suspicious activity reporting, disaster medical, and search and rescue to name a few); as well as through leadership development by engaging, developing, mentoring, and empowering our employees and students. Partner with District staff and diverse communities to understand and respond to stakeholder needs and concerns. Responsible for service delivery to stakeholders, schools and communities. Frequent coordination and interaction with law enforcement, fire service and emergency management agencies.

Our style of instruction was developed from a combination of years of training and instruction in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Army Combatives, and Military Combat Training and Deployments. Train and manage amateur and professional fighters, customize seminar training programs based on the needs of clients. Develop training routines and course outlines for a variety of programs to include women's self defense, combatives, community safety & awareness.
