After just over a year in my role as a Tasting Room Associate, I was promoted to the role of Senior Tasting Room Associate. This position brought additional responsibilities that were more managerial in nature, including fulfilling the role of Manager-on-Duty on days the Tasting Room Manager and Lead were not present.

Manage and restock the wine cellar to maintain an efficient storage arrangement.•Catered for events that have taken place on the property, including a wedding, a foundation for cystic fibrosis dinner hosted by the wine maker of Alexana, and a dinner hosted by the President of Revana Wines.

My role as a technician included the following: •Provided technical support for OIT staff, faculty, and students both virtually and in-person on a wide variety of issues ranging from software troubleshooting to network accessibility. •Managed and maintained the existing onsite server and network infrastructure. •Accomplished numerous projects that served to improve the help desk’s management capabilities, including the provisioning of a hypervisor for the purpose of constructing and deploying Windows 10 images to the on-campus computers available to staff and students.
