Responsible for the management of the Engineering and Test Lab departments reporting to the VP of Engineering and Operations. Responsible for the design and performance of new and existing product. Working in conjunction with R&D engineers to develop long term projects. Develop and oversee new and existing product improvement projects including timeline, prototype development, manufacturability reviews, lab and field testing, executive design reviews and coordination of release to production. Communicates with customers for Voice of the Customer input and suppliers for design and manufacturing issues on a regular basis.
